Clifford "Cliffie Joe" MacDonald is a well known fly fisherman and guide in the Souris area. Mr. MacDonald is a member of the Souris & Area Branch of the P.E.I. Wildlife Federation. He ties flies for himself and others in his shop, C.J.'s Flies, in Rollo Bay, P.E.I., Canada.
